In case you choose the option of delivery with shipping companies or reduced shipping (such as Fast Stream, Ascending, or Al-Nashama, for example), Awared will pack and protect the products in an excellent manner before delivering them to the shipping company, and Awared will not be responsible for any damage to the shipment or part of it with the shipping company, as the policy of these companies does not include an insurance or compensation policy for shipments.
When the order is shipped to the customer with the shipping companies according to his request, and if the customer does not receive the shipment and the shipping company is forced to return the shipment to Awarid and charge it the cost of shipping the goods to the destination and the cost of returning the goods from the destination to the source office, Awarid Company will deduct the cost of shipping and reverse shipping from the customer.
The customer’s completion of the order on the Awarid website is considered his approval of all the website’s policies clearly written on the website’s pages, and Awarid disclaims any responsibility if the customer does not read the policy before completing the order.
Payment and Offers
Payment can be made via Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara cards.
The cash on delivery option is available, and an amount of 18 Saudi riyals, including tax, is added for this service. Awaridh website reserves the right to activate or stop this type of payment as it deems appropriate.
Amounts will be calculated in Saudi Riyals.
The full amount of cancelled orders will be refunded if the cancellation is made before the order is shipped. However, if the cancellation is made after the order is shipped, the customer will bear the cost of the shipping policy.
The customer cannot use the discount code with free gift offers or other offers as the system allows one type of offer to be applied in each invoice.
Replacement and return
When requesting the return of a product that was delivered to the customer intact and identical to what he requested, the shipping fees for the outgoing and returned shipment are borne by the customer according to the value of the shipping policy. However, when requesting the return of a product because it arrived to the customer damaged or not identical to what the customer requested from the site, the return shipping fees are borne by the Awarid website, with the exception of shipments sent with shipping companies according to the customer’s request, as these companies provide shipping at low prices, but they do not guarantee the safety of the shipment, as previously explained in the delivery policy.
The replaced/returned product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging and must not have been used, opened or had the product packaging features changed.
The product can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase.
Any product that has been installed cannot be returned or exchanged, including all products, including furniture products such as chairs and sinks.
Free gift products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products that come into direct contact with the body, such as sauna suits, cannot be returned or exchanged for your safety, our valued customers.
In the event of any defect, shortage or malfunction in the shipment received by the customer, the customer must report this within 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment and we will verify this and inform the customer. Similar objection requests will not be accepted after more than 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
